Buffalo FilmWorks is a full-service, woman-owned film production soundstage complex in Buffalo, New York, located on Babcock Street in a former railcar factory. The facility has four soundstages and over 200,000 square feet of total space, including the 828-foot-long Stage 4, the longest dedicated soundstage in New York State and one of the longest in the world. Buffalo FilmWorks is a New York State Qualified Production Facility in the enhanced 40% tax credit zone, qualifying productions for state incentives and federal Section 181 benefits. It has served high-profile projects including A Quiet Place Part II and Paranormal Activity: Next of Kin.
