Add each vehicle's year, make, model, color, transmission, VIN, and rates, then shoot reference photographs against angle guides we built for the way productions actually look at cars.

Every request lands with shoot dates, location, and production credentials attached. You can match the offer, counter at +10/+20/+30%, or write in your own number.

Every booking generates its own invoice with running totals and a clear status line. The moment the production settles, we pay you, on terms well ahead of what the industry is used to.

About five minutes per car.

Each vehicle takes five to ten minutes to add: photos, year, make, condition, and rates. Most vendors finish their full inventory themselves in an afternoon. If you have a larger fleet and would rather hand it off, a dedicated team can onboard it for you.

Verified productions exclusively.

Revolution engages exclusively with vetted, medium- to large-scale productions. Every booking carries the production's commercial insurance with the vendor named on the certificate. Private rentals are not accepted under any circumstance.

We verify insurance on every booking.

Every engagement carries a commercial production policy, and we confirm the certificate ourselves before any vehicle is released, with you named as additional insured.

If something gets damaged, we handle it end to end.

Whether it's a scuff on the bumper, a cracked window from a crane move, or the rare actual collision, the production's policy covers repair or replacement at fair market value. We mediate the claim, and when we have to, we put our own policy behind it so the matter doesn't sit on your books.

Every request is yours to take or pass.

You approve, decline, or counter every booking request. There's never a penalty for saying no, and never anything pushed onto your calendar.

How does Revolution work alongside our direct production relationships?

We're a sourcing channel, not a replacement. Any booking that comes through your direct relationships stays yours, and we take no commission on it. We only earn on bookings we actually source.

How are rates determined?

You set them. We present your rate to the production, then layer a transparent service fee on top, charged to the production, not to you. Your day rate is your day rate.

When do vendors get paid?

The moment the production settles with us, we settle with you, on terms well ahead of what the industry is used to. You'll see the payment status update at every stage, so you're never wondering where the money is.

Is the vehicle insured while on set?

Yes. Every production carries commercial insurance covering the vehicle for the full duration of the engagement, with your name on the certificate as additional insured. We verify the coverage before every booking. No exceptions.

Do we have to accept every request?

Never. Every request is yours to approve, decline, or counter. There's never a penalty for saying no, and never anything pushed onto your calendar.

Is there a cost or subscription to onboard?

No. No onboarding fee, no listing fee, no recurring subscription. You can join, upload your fleet, and use every feature on the platform without paying a cent up front.

How does Revolution earn?

We take a small share of confirmed bookings, and only confirmed bookings. Outside of a live engagement, you owe us nothing. The full commercial terms are spelled out during onboarding.

Can we onboard our entire fleet at once?

Yes. We support bulk CSV imports, and for larger fleets we provide a full white-glove onboarding service. Our team works directly with you to mirror your existing rate card and inventory data, so you don't have to rebuild anything from scratch.

Do we own our data?

Yes. Your inventory, your rates, and your customer relationships are all yours. We don't resell vendor information, and we never will.
