It offers two stages: Studio 1, a multi-level soundstage (up to roughly 15,000 sq ft) with a 28-ft ceiling, drive-in access, a shoot-in kitchen, 1,800-amp three-phase power, and a rooftop with NYC skyline views; and Studio 2, a 10,000 sq ft column-free Level 2 Qualified Production Facility that qualifies productions for the New York State Film Tax Credit. The studios provide production offices, green rooms, and full professional amenities for commercial, editorial, and broadcast clients.
