The Colonie is an award-winning, full-service post-production studio in Chicago, Illinois, founded in 2008 by a core team of Avenue Edit alumni. It offers creative editorial, motion design, color grading, VFX, finishing, and project management for spots and cross-platform content. The studio built its reputation through partnerships with top agencies such as Leo Burnett, FCB, and Burrell, and became an early partner of Facebook/Meta, helping teach best practices for social media campaigns to Meta's Fortune 500 clients. It was named Reel Chicago's Post House of 2025.
