PANGAEA Studios is the current brand for the campus founded as Areu Bros. Studios / Areu Studios by brothers Ozzie and Will Areu — Ozzie being a former president of Tyler Perry Studios and the first Latino to own a major U.S. studio. The site, on Continental Colony Parkway in southwest Atlanta, was previously Tyler Perry's earlier studio location. It is a roughly 47-60 acre campus with about 8 adaptable soundstages, 150,000-plus square feet of multi-use space, a base camp, mill area, and a suburban-neighborhood backlot, located about six miles from Hartsfield-Jackson airport. It now offers production and creative services including payroll, set design, and construction under the PANGAEA name.
