Electric Owl Studios is a purpose-built film and TV production campus in DeKalb County (Atlanta area), across from the Indian Creek MARTA station and about 25 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson airport. The roughly 312,000-square-foot facility opened in June 2023 and includes about 140,000 square feet of soundstage space across six stages — two 30,000-square-foot stages (200'x150') and four 20,000-square-foot stages (134'x150'), all with 40-foot ceilings — plus production offices, mill/support space, and wardrobe facilities. It was co-founded by Dan Rosenfelt and Michael Hahn, who previously built Doraville's Third Rail Studios. It is best known as the world's first purpose-built LEED Gold-certified film and TV studio, marketing itself as the greenest studio on earth.
