Troublemaker Studios is an independent production company and studio founded by filmmaker Robert Rodriguez and producer Elizabeth Avellan, based at the former Robert Mueller Municipal Airport in Austin, Texas. The facility houses every production department under one roof, including production offices, soundstages, fabrication, art, wardrobe, props and post-production, and is home to one of the largest green screens in Texas. It shares the former airport site with Austin Studios. The studio is the production home of Rodriguez films including Spy Kids, Sin City and Alita: Battle Angel.
