SGS Studios (AllianceTexas)

SGS Studios is a major production campus in Fort Worth's AllianceTexas development, launched in partnership with Hillwood (a Perot company) and Paramount Television. The campus spans roughly 450,000 square feet across two purpose-built facilities, SGS 1 and SGS 2, designed to support four large-scale productions simultaneously with state-of-the-art sound stages, mill space, wardrobe facilities, and green-screen capabilities. It is described as the largest operating studio facility in Texas, with proximity to Alliance and DFW airports and locations such as Circle T Ranch. Filming began in March 2025, and future phases will expand the master-planned campus with more stages and post-production infrastructure.
