Near South Studios is a soundstage and photography studio rental space in the historic Near Southside district of Fort Worth, Texas, located at 328 Hemphill Street. The facility includes a roughly 1,400-square-foot studio with a pre-lit white cyc wall, makeup room, green room, co-working area, audio booth, screening room, editing suite, conference room, indoor loading dock, kitchen and lounge office spaces. The space is fitted with two-inch fiberglass theatre board for sound dampening and grid-mounted quad boxes on dimmers. Near South offers soundstage/green screen rentals, production studio rentals, co-working memberships, audio booth rentals, and video and photography studio use.
