Sun Center Studios is a purpose-built film and television soundstage facility in Aston/Chester Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, which opened in 2011 as Pennsylvania's first purpose-built studio. The campus offers multiple sound stages plus production support space and has become a major hub for feature film and TV production in the Philadelphia region. It is especially known as a home base for M. Night Shyamalan's films and other major studio productions. The facility was developed and is led by Jeffrey Rotwitt.
