Cinelease Studios – Albuquerque (formerly I-25 Studios)

Cinelease purchased the former I-25 Studios on Pan American Freeway in 2022 and rebranded it as Cinelease Studios – Albuquerque. The roughly 500,000-square-foot campus sits on a 50-acre lot with five sound stages totaling more than 100,000 square feet, 41,000 square feet of office space, five acres of backlot, 75,000 square feet of flex space, 34,000 square feet of storage, more than 15 acres of parking, and a 200-seat cafeteria.
