Cinelease Studios – Caven Point is a film studio in the Greenville section of Jersey City, in a converted 1960s warehouse at 21 Caven Point Avenue, near Liberty State Park. The Criterion Group acquired the property in 2019 for about $16.75 million and opened it in August 2021, billed as New Jersey's first purpose-built film studio.
