Under the management of Peter Nadermann, the main aim of the company is to develop – by acquiring rights in novels and original formats as well as by co-producing with interesting partners abroad – thrilling, compelling, competitive, high end drama and crime series with international appeal and standard. At the beginning of 2019, the majority of the shares previously held by Constantin Film AG were taken over by ZDF Enterprises GmbH.
