Third Rail Studios at Assembly

Third Rail Studios was one of the first studios built on the former General Motors assembly plant site in Doraville, opening in 2017 as a 270,000-square-foot boutique facility. It offers three purpose-built soundstages of about 20,000 square feet each (60,000 square feet total, roughly 140' x 148' with 41-foot clearance), plus mill and flex space, production offices, an adjacent backlot, and up to 30-gigabit fiber connectivity.
