Savannah Film Factory is a 140,000-square-foot, fully air-conditioned two-story studio building on three acres in downtown Savannah's Historic District, within walking distance of the city's hotels. The facility offers three sound stages plus production office space, mill space, two parking lots, two loading docks with a total of 18 dock bays, a roll-up door for drive-on capability, a 10,000-pound freight elevator, and an adjacent two-acre base camp lot.
