Mailing Avenue Stageworks is an 85,000-square-foot motion picture and television production facility in the Grant Park / Chosewood Park area of south Atlanta, near the BeltLine. The complex sits on a roughly 11-acre former industrial site purchased by John Raulet in 2012 and is owned by an investment group including John Raulet, Paul Raulet, and Tyler Edgarton. Its soundstage features 40'x40' column spacing with an 80'x120' column-free shooting area, 31-foot ceilings, and an insulated ceiling. It is an established independent stage in Atlanta's urban core that has hosted productions such as MacGyver, Last Vegas, Insurgent, and Allegiant.
