Line 204 Studios is an independent Hollywood soundstage, production office, and equipment rental company founded by Louis Dargenzio, serving film, television, commercial, and photography productions in Los Angeles. Its Seward Street campus in Hollywood offers about six stage options, including four traditional Hollywood sound stages, a daylight studio, and a rooftop shooting space, totaling roughly 40,000 square feet of studio space plus 10,000 square feet of production offices. The company has hosted high-profile photo shoots such as the Big Little Lies cast feature for the LA Times. Line 204 has been expanding, with construction of a large new ground-up studio lot intended to be one of the biggest purpose-built studio facilities developed in Los Angeles in decades.
