FINAS is Malaysia's national film development agency, based at Kompleks Studio Merdeka in Ampang, Selangor. It regulates filming licenses in Malaysia, administers the Film in Malaysia Incentive (FIMI) rebate and supports the development of the Malaysian screen industry.
