Seattle is one of Rivian’s largest markets, and our members, many of whom were among the earliest to reserve, purchase, and even buy multiple Rivians, depend on the strength of local service teams. The dedicated advisors, technicians, and staff in Seattle, Fife, Bellevue, Bothell, and Portland have been instrumental in creating a positive ownership experience. Their expertise has supported Rivian’s earliest adopters and helped keep us confidently on the road and trail. Recognition of local employees: We believe Rivian’s experienced service staff are a cornerstone of customer trust and brand loyalty. Support for Rivian’s long-term mission: We remain deeply invested in Rivian’s vision and want the company to thrive. Commitment to partnership: We want to work together with Rivian to ensure the Pacific Northwest continues to be a stronghold for growth and community. We encourage members to continue showing appreciation to local Rivian employees, many of whom are navigating uncertainty with tremendous professionalism and dedication. We’ll keep advocating for the resources and support that make owning a Rivian in the PNW such a rewarding experience. On behalf of the Emerald City Rivian Club and our more than fifteen hundred members/Rivian owners across Washington, we are writing to express our concern regarding the recent workforce reduction and its impact on Rivian’s service network & spaces in this region.
