Cascade Corvette Club split from Capitol Corvette Club of Salem in 1964 because of the number of members from the southern Willamette Valley. When CCC was formed and incorporated as a non-profit organization, meetings were held at Lew Williams Chevrolet. In 1969 Joe Romania bought the Chevrolet dealership and formed the sponsorship we still enjoy today.
