General Car Club

The goal of NYU Motorsports is to bring together a group of creative and curious individuals to design and build experimental vehicles at the cutting edge of performance. Competing in both BAJA SAE and Formula E SAE, NYU Motorsports utilizes a combination of fundamental engineering theories, student experiences, as well as advanced concepts geared specifically towards automotive engineering to design and build competitive racing vehicles. In addition to engineering, we also have a dedicated operations team whose goal is to support us in our journey to build and race our vehicles. They aim to maintain a strong social media presence, connect with other SAE teams, and fundraise to make both projects possible.
