In 1990 we held our 15th annual Fall Color Run and boy did things ever start happening. We had some of the local businesses donate items such as a Chevy motor a Chevy transmission and a commercial air compressor for giveaways to those attending the event. Because club members had been marketing our event the attendance grew and we had 497 cars. Unfortunately we were no longer able to have our picnic because we couldn’t feed everyone who attended. This also was the first time the club decided to identify a local charity to start giving our funds to and that charity was Camp Callahan.
