The Coastal Empire Region (CER) of the Porsche Club of America includes Hilton Head Island, SC and metro Savannah, GA. Additionally, it includes Beaufort and Jasper counties in SC, and Bryan, Bullock, Chatham, Effingham, Evans, Liberty, Long, McIntosh and Screven counties in GA. The Coastal Empire Region is one of 149 Regions within 14 Zones in the US and Canada. It is one of four Regions in Georgia and three in South Carolina. CER was founded in 2001 and is in PCA Zone 3.
