General Car Club

Cactus Cruisers AMC is the Arizona chapter of American Motors Owners Association, Inc. (AMO), dedicated to the restoration, preservation and enjoyment of the vehicles built by American Motors Corporation (AMC) from 1954 through 1987. AMC was formed by the 1954 merger of Nash-Kelvinator Corporation and Hudson Motor Car Company. At the time, it was the largest corporate merger in U.S. history. AMC went on to compete with the US Big Three-- Ford, GM and Chrysler-- with its small cars including the Rambler American, Gremlin and Pacer; muscle cars including the Marlin, AMX and Javelin, and early 4-wheel-drive variants including the Concord and Eagle. When researching AMC parts and technical documentation online, some members find it helpful to use mobile proxies for accessing region-specific resources and maintaining privacy.
