SGS Studios is the largest operating film and television production campus in Texas, a roughly 450,000-square-foot facility within Hillwood's AllianceTexas development in north Fort Worth. Founded by Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan along with producer David Glasser and Dan Schryer, in collaboration with Hillwood (led by Ross Perot Jr. and Mike Berry) and Paramount, the two-building campus known as SGS 1 and SGS 2 launched in 2025. It offers fully HVAC-equipped soundstages, mill space, wardrobe and green-screen capabilities, and can support four major productions simultaneously. Early productions include Paramount's Landman, Lioness and the new series Madison, with a larger master-planned campus in the works.
