Summerlin Studios

Summerlin Studios is a proposed 31-acre film and television production campus in the Summerlin community of Las Vegas, planned as a joint venture between developer Howard Hughes Holdings, Sony Pictures Entertainment and Warner Bros. Discovery. As designed, the project would feature roughly 10 soundstages and a two-acre backlot on land north of Flamingo Road and east of Town Center Drive. Mark Wahlberg has been among the high-profile figures attached to championing the development. As of 2025 the project remained contingent on Nevada legislative approval of film tax incentives, with the enabling subsidy bill having narrowly failed in the state Senate.
