New England Studios is a state-of-the-art film and television production facility in Devens, MA, built on roughly 15.7 acres and opened to productions in 2014. The complex offers four contiguous 18,000-square-foot sound stages (150' x 120', 46' to the perms, NC25 sound rating) with drive-on access, 1,200-amp power per stage, dimmer rooms, and climate control. It also provides production support services such as 24-hour security, office buildings, and equipment rentals including LED/HMI/tungsten lighting, grip packages, dollies, generators, and expendables. The facility leverages Massachusetts's 25% production tax credit and has hosted numerous major film and TV productions.
