The facility offers roughly 4,000 sq ft of open creative space used for video production, events, basecamp, rehearsals, and gatherings, plus about 5,000 sq ft of integrated support space including rentals, offices, green rooms, parking, and elephant doors for street-level loading. It is the successor venture to Colia Productions, which has supported content production since 2005. The studio caters to film, TV, commercial, and event clients seeking a flexible Burbank stage and support footprint.
