Quixote Studios
1011 N FULLER AVE, WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA, 90046
Quixote Studios was founded in 1995 by Mikel Elliott as a film and television production services and soundstage rental company, growing into a fleet of around two dozen stages across the greater Los Angeles area in locations such as West Hollywood, Hollywood, Griffith Park, and the San Fernando Valley. In September 2022 the company was acquired by Los Angeles-based REIT Hudson Pacific Properties, led by CEO Victor Coleman, in a deal valued at approximately $360 million, with founder Mikel Elliott staying on. Its Central Valley stages (formerly Chandler Valley Center Studios) served as the production home for NBC's The Office, while its other stages have hosted extensive commercial, music video, and photography work. Amid a 2026 production slump and low occupancy, Hudson Pacific began winding down most of Quixote's Los Angeles soundstage operations and its out-of-state footprint.
