In 1977, Wishbone Recording Studio engineer Steve Moore purchased East Avalon Recorders from its builder and designer Joe Wilson. East Avalon operated under his leadership until 1988. In 2017, Charles Hollman moved to Muscle Shoals and reopened East Avalon. The studio, including the original echo chamber, remains in original condition from the 70s with an amazing list of vintage and modern gear and instruments.
