L&S Catering is the creation of wife and husband team, Lauren&Sean Klingler. They first met in 2008 working for the “Iron Chef”, Morimoto in New York City. Sean worked the front of house and Lauren in the kitchen under Morimoto . Morimoto had asked Lauren to come work with him having just graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education.
